Mission Statement It is the goal of the Attorney's Office to organize, build and develop the office into a high quality law office meeting the daily legal needs to the Menominee Tribe.
Department Overview The Attorney's office is responsible for serving in the capacity of staff attorney for the Tribe and as such provides legal assistance to not only the Tribal programs and administrative staff relative to their scope of work, but also to the Tribal Chairman and the legislature. The Attorney's Office provides legal assistance to all programs and departments regarding contracts, employment issues, civil litigation, civil trials, social service issues, resolve legal questions pertaining to service provision, advise administrative staff on laws pertaining to program management.
