Service Calls
• Problems or service work should be called in to the help desk person, who will record the work
required and if necessary transfer the call to the programmer who is handling your department.
Program Requests
• Submit a memo or email outlining the programming work that is required.
• Gather all pertinent forms, reports, and ideas which will then be discussed in a project meeting.
Development Process
• When your slot in the queue comes up, development will begin and further meetings will be held
to refine the project until the desired result is achieved.
