*Signatures are required from players 18 years old and from a parent of players under the age of 18. This can be done on the morning of the tournament. Players will not be able to compete without signatures. One form is needed for the ENTIRE team roster; but parents must sign for their own Children if the player is under the age of 18.

This is an alcohol and drug free event. Free lunch provided for participants and there is also a concession stand for spectators.
