REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR MAIN ENTRANCE & ATRII]M ENHANCEMENT PROJECT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOLICITATION NOTICE rNTRODUCTION The College of Menominee Nation (CMN) is looking for a design firm to help renovate the main atrium entrance on the Keshena campus. The goal of this project is to create a welcoming and functional space that reflects the college's mission and improves the experience for students, staff, faculty, and visitors. The renovations will include updates to the upper and lower levels of the atrium, the main entrance, flooring, lighting, restrooms, and the reception area. CMN invites qualified architectural and design firms to submit proposals for this exciting project. At CMN, we are committed to creating a space that is not only welcoming but also functional and enduring. We recognize the importance of thoughtful design in achieving these goals. With this in mind, we are inviting proposals from experienced architectural and design firms who can help bring our vision for the atrium renovation to life. Proposals or any po11ion thereof, sent via facsimile, email, or electronic media will be rejected. All proposals submitted shall become the property of the College of Menominee at ion upon submission and shall be made a permanent part of the college's records.
