Please have a photo ID available. If you do not have an ID, you may purchase a C.I.B. at the Member Services Department for $3.00. No one is permitted to pick up someone else's checks unless they have appropriate documentation, such as a power of attorney. Mailed: If you would like your check mailed to you, please contact Member Services at (715) 799-5121 for options to update your information. If you opt to have the check mailed, please understand MITW has no control of the internal workflow of the United States Postal Service.
