Agriculture and Forestry Committee
This Committee shall be responsible for providing research, investigation, and advisory assistance to the Tribal Legislature. Specifically, the committee shall receive, review, and analyze information and data submitted by respective departments and make recommendations to the Tribal Legislature; shall receive, review and analyze policies and laws relating to governmental operations and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Tribal Government with regard to Forestry issues.

This Committee shall be responsible for facilitating reports that assist the Tribal Legislature in carrying out all the proper governmental and sovereign functions over the Menominee tribal forested property managed or owned by the Successor Business including oversight and contractual compliance of BIA contract 638 management contracts.
