Community Development Payment Portal

How to use the payment portal
Community Development and Real Estate Service customers can now use this payment portal link to pay applicable fees:

https://www.govpaynow.com/gps/user/cyg/plc/A003q0

When entering the payment portal link you will be requested to provide the Payment Information, this section should pertain to the account or land parcel for which you are paying. Please add the name of the account holder/ leaseholder, the account number located on the invoice received in the mail or as listed on the Community Development Fee Schedule, or the address information if no account number is available. In the notes section add the physical address fire number for the relevant land parcel to ensure your payment is being credited to the correct account in the absence of the correct name or account number. Also in the notes section please add the type of payment you are making whether it be application fee, lot-staking fee, or others as listed on the fee schedule, together with the amount paid to each applicable fee. The Payment Amount section is where you should add the amount you would like to pay in total. Multiple fees can be made in one transaction as long as they have the same account number and the separate amounts are clearly listed in the notes section. Transactions with differing accounts numbers must be made separately. The Billing Information section should be completed using the person who is named on the debit or credit card and the information listed on the debit or credit card, which may differ from the individual who is the account/ leaseholder. For a list of all current fees please see the fee schedule document. If you have any questions please call Community Development at 715-799-5155
