Community Development

Provide excellent technical and management services to the Tribe and its members in development of the community through renewable energy, infrastructure, communal property and venue maintenance, planning, and construction project management. Community Development shall be responsible for developing and overseeing a vast array of programs and services aimed at developing community infrastructure, addressing solid waste disposal needs of the community, and conducting short- and long- term planning in the development of the community.

Tribal Members and Programs may complete a Venue Use Agreement Form for the use of the Keshena Powwow Grounds, Woodland Bowl, Keshena Veterans Par Pavilion, Neopit Park Pavilion, Keshena Fairgrounds Baseball Diamond, School View Baseball Diamond, and Neopit Middle School Field. These forms are available in the office, online, or may be requested and emailed to the applicant.
**Please note that due the COVID-19 Pandemic additional approvals may be required from the Menominee Incident Command Team to host events at the above named venues.
